The Founders of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. recognized the importance of the intellect in all matters pertaining to the advancement of humankind. As such, they made scholarship the foremost of the Fraternity’s four Cardinal Principles: Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift. Scholarship is no side issue – it is an integral and deep-rooted component of this organization.
The Round Rock Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., (Omicron Nu Nu Chapter) will award scholarships to deserving college bound high school seniors (male or female) who exemplify the ideals and cardinal principles of our beloved fraternity. Scholarship winners will be judged on academic achievement, extracurricular activities, community involvement and financial desire.

Our Essay Contests are open to all college-bound, high school seniors who submit an essay application through a Chapter of the Fraternity. Our essay topics are diverse and thought-provoking.
Our Talent Hunt provides exposure, encouragement, and financial assistance to talented young people participating in the performing arts. Winners are awarded recognition and may be given college scholarships.
Named after one of our Omicron Nu Nu chapter charter members, who has transitioned to the Omega Chapter, had a heart for the community and a love for scholarship. This scholarship provides college-bound high school students monetary assistance to ease the financial burden associated with higher education.
