To establish Omicron Nu Nu as the go-to organization to effectively impact the lives of families in Round Rock and Williamson County by developing systems and partnership networks to mentor learners of all ages, offer substantial scholarship opportunities, provide connections to career advancements, and connect to volunteer services that bridge social mobility gaps.

Wayne Williams Jr., known as Bro. Wayne, is a distinguished Chicago native who has made significant contributions to education and community service. He earned his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University, where he immersed himself in the transformative experience of joining the esteemed Omega Psi Phi fraternity. In 2002, Bro. Wayne crossed the burning sands of Omega Psi Phi at the Theta Kappa chapter, also known as the LSU Ques.

Following his relocation to Austin, Texas, Bro. Wayne pursued his passion for educational leadership by obtaining a Master's degree in Education Administration from Concordia University. With nearly two decades of experience in the field of education, he has dedicated 12 years to serving in various leadership roles, making a lasting impact on students, teachers, and communities.

Bro. Wayne's commitment to excellence and community empowerment is exemplified by his impressive track record as Basileus, a position he has held for three terms in two separate graduate chapters. Notably, he played an instrumental role as one of the charter members of Omicron Nu Nu, which convened the inaugural interest meeting of the Round Rock Ques in March 2020 at the esteemed Smoky Creek Cajun Bar and Grill.

During this pivotal meeting, Bro. Wayne and his fellow brothers devised a comprehensive plan not only to establish the new variant of Omega Psi Phi in the Mighty Ninth District but also to ignite and serve the vibrant community of Williamson County. With their collective vision and dedication, they aim to make a resounding positive impact in the region, with a particular focus on education—the field that resonates most deeply with Bro. Wayne's passion.
